Lyndon Kauffman, Bob Cross, and Martin Kauffman have long been trusted partners on housing projects. After spending over 10 years in the metal and construction industries, they decided to expand into residential development, beginning with home flips in 2019. From there, they naturally transitioned into new construction as a team.
