When it comes to working with us on spec homes, we have three floor plans to choose from & we help you pick the location as well.
From there, you get to select finishes, flooring, paint, exterior color, roof color, countertop.
This is a pre priced home, with no major changes available. The Builder carries the build until closing.
We do pride ourselves on customization-reach out to us if you want to see additional options.

We have a three step process for working with custom builds:
First Meeting: Introduction, what your looking for, what we can provide and how we work
Second: Floor plan design, Nail this down before we can get a price
Third: Budget meeting, we go over every line item with you and explain. This way there are no financial surprises along the way.
We require a construction loan on the custom homes & we have partners we can recommend to help with the process.
